Coaching Methodology
My work blends strategic leadership experience, whole-person awareness, and proven developmental frameworks to support people through decisions and transitions that matter. While each engagement is tailored, the coaching process generally unfolds across three connected phases—allowing us to build trust, surface what’s really driving challenges, and translate insight into practical, sustainable change.
We begin by working together to understand your current situation and priorities. This includes both professional and personal considerations, as well as the pressures, decisions, and transitions you’re navigating. This phase establishes focus and shared expectations.
This phase explores the patterns shaping how you think, decide, and show up. The work may include leadership dynamics, emotional intelligence, personality tendencies, fear responses, mindset patterns, and wellbeing factors that influence judgment and effectiveness. Drawing on leadership experience and proven developmental frameworks, insight is aligned with strategy to create a thoughtful, realistic approach that fits your goals, responsibilities, and life context.
This is where the work is applied in real time. Decisions, conversations, and challenges are addressed as circumstances evolve. The focus is on strengthening judgment, resilience, and self-trust so new ways of thinking and responding are integrated into day-to-day life and continue to hold up beyond the engagement.
This work is designed to strengthen your capacity to think, decide, and respond differently—so you’re not dependent on coaching to move forward. Over time, people leave with steadier judgment, clearer communication, and the ability to face challenge without being consumed by it.
While specific outcomes can’t be promised, clients often experience meaningful shifts: greater emotional steadiness, renewed confidence, healthier perspective, and the ability to let go of what no longer serves them with clarity and grace. The result is not perfection, but progress that feels earned—and a readiness for what comes next, whether that means continued growth, focused accountability, or a new chapter entirely.
How We can Work Together
CIJ Clarity Catalyst Program
A Transformative Path to Clarity, Confidence & Leadership
An 8-week small-group experience grounded in the Stanford-developed Creativity in Business curriculum, designed to help you break old patterns, reduce stress, and move forward with purpose.
CIJ Clarity Catalyst is an eight-week guided group experience that helps individuals and teams reconnect with what matters, strengthen self-awareness, and create meaningful forward momentum.
Grounded in the Stanford-developed Creativity in Business curriculum, this methodology has helped thousands of participants nationwide deepen confidence, shift long-held patterns, and experience lasting personal and professional growth.
Participants often describe it as a turning point — not because it tells them what to do, but because it helps them see themselves and their next chapter more clearly.
This experience is designed for people who:
- Are navigating transition, uncertainty, or a major life or career inflection point
- Feel stuck in old patterns or self-doubt
- Want space to reflect, reset, and move forward intentionally
- Value structured tools and human connection
- Are ready to engage honestly with themselves and others
Over eight weekly sessions (1.5 hours each), you will:
- Strengthen self-awareness and confidence
- Move beyond self-doubt and limiting patterns
- Build clarity around your next chapter
- Reconnect with what matters most
- Cultivate resilience and purposeful momentum
- Learn alongside a supportive, growth-oriented community
This is not therapy, and it’s not lecture-based.
It is experiential, reflective, and grounded in proven developmental tools.
CIJ Clarity Catalyst is delivered as a Circle of Growth — a small, thoughtfully facilitated group designed to create trust, reflection, and meaningful dialogue.
- Groups are intentionally small (typically 4–8 participants)
- Sessions are live and interactive (online)
- Each participant is supported while learning from others’ perspectives
Many participants describe the group dynamic as one of the most powerful aspects of the experience.Â
