With more than 25 years of global experience, I’ve led teams, supported individuals, and guided people through career transitions, leadership challenges, and major life changes—while carrying responsibility for people, outcomes, and financial decisions. I understand the weight that comes with uncertainty, reinvention, and responsibility—not just in theory, but in lived experience. My background includes an MS in Leadership Strategy, Stanford CIJ Clarity Catalyst certification, and wellness training, allowing me to work across decision-making, leadership effectiveness, health, relationships, and life structure as an integrated whole.
